Commissions and info

Hello! thank you for being interested in my commissions! :]below will state my prices, examples, contact info, and more.(please note anything is subject to change)

  1. Decide which commission you want

  2. fill out and submit the order form

  3. wait for my e-mail response, then we can get started :]

-rules-

  • I will not draw complex backgrounds

  • I will not draw heavy armory/mechs(light armor or machinery is fine)

  • I will not draw nsfw/nudity

  • I will not draw complete gore (i'll draw gore to an extent i'm comfortable with)

  • You may not use the commission for any form of profit

general inquiry

  • All commission orders must be filled out using the order form. you may find this in the "order here" section

  • afterwards I will then accept your order and personally email you for details on the commission

ownership

  • I own all rights to the artwork, and any use of my art as an NFT or in any Ai engine is prohibited.

  • I am allowed to post any work on my socials unless requested otherwise

  • commissioners are not allowed to edit/revise any aspect the artwork

  • commissioner may repost their commissions on their socials, giving the proper credits-->@Eli_DRAWS

  • As the artist, i am allowed to use commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc for merchandise

process/progress

  • commissions shouldn't take me too long to complete, but at most please give me 2 weeks max to complete your commissions in case anything arises such as more commissions or personal stuff :]

  • I will send a progress sketch of the artwork over email, afterwards the commissioner may request any changes they see fit. afterwards, no more changes can be made.

  • if you are in a waitlist and have not paid yet, then you may change your character(s).

  • after the changes are approved i will then move onto line, color, rendering etc.

  • I will not make further changes If you decide you want something changed after I had already moved onto lineart, unless I have not made much progress, then we will discuss details over e-mail

  • if I do happen to take too long, you are welcome to ask for updates, i will then send a flat color process sketch.

  • If i do not send you a progress sketch within a week, please request one via e-mail

  • once I am finished with your commission, i will email you watermarked .png files of the commission. (no refunds in this time)

  • My job is to interpret what you want drawn so, feel free to work with me if you do not like something drawn.

commercial use

payment/prices

  • Currently, all commission works are for personal use only!

  • this means you may not use my art for merchandice, or any other type of profit!

  • I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency or checks as a form of payment

  • All listed prices are the base price, and may increase depending on any additional details from the commissioner

  • if you fail to pay within 24-48 hours of your order being accepted, your commission order will be canceled

  • payment is accepted in USD only

  • payments are accepted through cashapp only (in the future I may be open to using other payment methods)

  • 100% of the payment must be paid upfront before i start working on your commission

  • after you have been shown the progress sketch and for some reason something comes up, you may cancel and request an 100% refund. though if you feel the need to cancel after i have already started the lineart process, you may receive a partial refund (i will keep 25% of the total cost)

  • in the rare event that i am unable to do your commission, i will then refund you 100% of the cost
